Our world is full of work to do. Artificial Intelligence (AI) transfers payed jobs from people to automated robots.

As a result, AI-companies suffer lay-off-image and Governments suffer increased welfare costs - as men, women, children turn lifelong un-employed, ill, violent, criminal.

Best practise to cope with this situation is an AI-thank-city. Here anybody may apply to receive free housing & energy, free food & clean water, free education & mobile data, free sports facilities & medical care.

Anybody may start any free enterprise, and pay with talents (payTal). 

Anybody may qualify for work he/she/it does voluntarily:  Care & services, security guards, education, cooking, farming, cleaning & mainantance, health & sports training, and many more - all you can think of.

Everybody is welcome. Old & young. Rich & poor.  Work-alcoholics & lazy-bones. Any nationality. Any religion. Men. Women. Children. Divers.

AI-tank-city provides unconditional fulfilment of basic human needs. As a result, in AI-thank-city people solely work voluntarily. Thus all work is done with love. What a joyfull = healthy life in this city?

With AI´s transfer of payed work from people to robots, the slogan 'no employment = no living = no life' is outdated.

AI-thank-city overcome: Mass-migration, poverty, townships, theft, murder, social in-equality.

AI-thank-city reduces administration & welfare costs of countries (un-employment, invalidity, security), as they invite individuals prior to turning helpless & thus expensive.

AI-thank-city learned from success & miss-management in ghettos of South-/North America/Africa/India, in Sovjet collectives, Chinese socialistic villages, German DDR show down, AUROville/ India. Mastermind of AI-thank-city experienced in 2022 SEKEM/Egypt & Kibbuz Harduf-Haifa/Israel.

Lessons learnt: Compared to these urban models of yesterday, today a selection of digital tools (Doodle, CIP Continuous Improvement/KVP aso.) enable advanced self-organization as well as advanced self-control.

Start with €/CHF 10.000.000.000 for 50 towers with each 45 floors. Each floor hosts 25 units:  

50´000 flats become a home for >100´000 people (50 x 40 x 25).

10´000 flats become workspace for small businesses on lower floors (50x5x25).

Include the >100´000 people applying for a flat/workspace to maintain their AI-thank-city. Make sure they exploit self-organizing & self-controlling plattforms via thier mobile phones. Teach them in project management - including quality improvements.

From their ancestors they have knowledge in healthy living - anyway.

AI-thank-city each include 50 towers with 50.000 flats, 10.000 wokspaces, gyms & sport facilities & stadion, gardens & forests, schools & colleges, care & hospital, prison & safe guards, power plant, waste water converter, waste management, travel to other AI-thank-city.  Competition between several AI-thank-cities is supported. They will be spread all over the world in remote areas.

On 30th October 2025, 115 years after Red+Cross founder & Peace Nobel Prize1901 winner Henry Dunant died in Heiden/Switzerland, five individuals proclaim the Convention of Heiden/SaintGall: "Preserve & prioritize humanity anytime. Attrack individuals before turning lifelong ill, un-employed, violent, criminal."
